Camping Tents

Everytime me and my mates pitch a tent and put stuff inside, when we come back on, its gone, we save everytime we interact!?!? what are we doing wrong, this has happened on two different servers now! Its kinda stopping us from playing as i do not want to drop the two rare guns i am carrying for fear of losing them. Please help. thanks

Make sure it's not just needing a server restart as they sometimes take awhile to show back up!

I'm pretty sure the server hasn't restarted recently, any way to tell? cheers guys for the quick response :)

give the tent at least 24 hrs before putting items in it, just to make sure.

I don't think so unless they display a server message giving info or tracking down the owners clan site/ web add, most servers restart 3 or 4 times a day.

It happened to me and a friend all day yesterday, We learnt not to leave valubles in them anyway but its not the point, However my friend left a tent in middle of open field the other day and dissappeared, but while crossing the field yesterday he said theres a tent, and he immediatly said thats mine, I bet theres nothing in it, Low and Behold he was right, so they do re appear.

But...... We carnt really complain as it is just an Alpha, Yes we can be annoyed and frustrated at times but we gotta expect this, all we can do is post in the bugs thread and hopefully it will help the dev team and give us a fantastic final product.

We had about six tents vanish as well as an off-road. No signs of destruction. Just gone.

We saved, interacted with them and had our dog piss on them. Didn't help.

Odd, i don't run into these bugs. Only one i run into is when tents that you've pitched and taken down come back at server restarts.

i was thinking that some1 has found my tent and looted it...damn i hide that tent really good, not even me cant find it easy and i knew where it was...

After one server restart it was empty...i am not sure if the stuff just disapiered or some1 found the tent and took the stuff that was inside, now i am trying to pitch another one (3th, and last one, than I give up on tents), have the tent just to try to find me place for it..

And I will not put stuff inside for next 24 hours..

I was assuming someone found my tent and looted it, although it was completely full maybe it was a group of people that looted me dry. Is there any way to protect a tent? I was thinking barbed wire, but then I couldn't get past it myself, bear traps?
