New Server - Goes between waiting/briefing but never Playing

I wish there was a section just for server admins...

ArmA 2 OA Console version 1.62 : port 2302

1:28:54 Dedicated host created.
1:28:55 BattlEye Server: Initialized (v1.149)
1:28:55 Host identity created.

I have seen others start to join it, and it manages to show up on the server list (sometimes). Do I just need to let it run it's course for a while for it's status to update? Is the first time the server goes up it take a lot longer than other times?

I've gone over the startup command line and config files rigorously. From watching the server list in Six Launcher, I can see the State change from Waiting to Briefing (changes to Briefing when one person tries to join) but then goes back to Waiting when they leave after a few minutes. Honestly not sure how they're connecting to begin with if I can't...

Also note: The ports are opened on the server (tested with turning firewall off even). Is there a specific log file I can take a peak at to see where things may be going wrong?

Perhaps it's not loading the mission correctly?

I was able to connect to the server, and nothing was listed under missions, but I'm not sure if they should be anyways.

I have a problem like this. I bought a server on Vilayer.com and I can´t enter on the server. Always the server says "creating". I actually run on 95248 but doesn´t work.

If you want enter the server says "waiting for anfitrion"

Somebody can help me?
