Can't get DayZ Mod to run - Missing files?

I'm at my wits end. I bought ARMA2 pack on Steam on saturday and I have spent a lot of time trying to make it work. The errors I am receiving appear to be unique based off of the searches I have done.

The Problem:

I can't get the Dayz mod to run with Six launcher or Steam. It appears there are missing files. More below

System:

Windows 7 Home Premium, service pack 1

Processor: AMD Athlon II X4 640 3.00GHz

RAM: 4 GB

System: 64-bit

GPU: NVidia GeForce GTX 550Ti

Game version:

1.62.95248

What I've done:

• Installed the mod manually according to Dayz instructions. Didn't work.
  
• Uninstalled game and mod from Steam and deleted the folder from Program Files.
  
• Reinstalled ARMAII and ARMAII: Operation Arrowhead
  
• Installed mod via Six Launcher v1.7.2.3
  
• Couldn't get it to work.
  
• Installed the 95248 beta patch
  
• Changed ARMA II to start in steam according to commands on sites and without.
  
• Set 6 Launcher and Steam to start as admin.
  
• USed Six Updater to update the game prior to entering server.
  

Details about what happens:

I launch Six Launcher v1.7.2.3 as admin

Select the Update button on the left that pops up.

Receive message that "The expansion /beta mod has been updated, would you like to review the changelog." ANd I choose either 'yes' or 'no' without change.

Receive error: "Addon 'CAAir_BAF' requires addon 'CACharacters_BAR' and click OK

Game opens

Receive error: "No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgVehicles/BAF_soldier_MTP.scope' and click CONTINUE

It comes to the game's menu.

If I run Multiplayer and select a map with beta 95248 from the list, I receive the following error:

"Files "c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\ARMA 2 operation arrowhead\expansion\addons\takistan.pbo", "common\language_BAF.pbo" are not signed by a key accepted by this server, remove listed files or install additional accepted keys."

Any ideas on how to fix this would be excellent. I've changed the command at startup for the game many times using given suggestions without success. It seems as thought files are missing. I've tried using Six Updater to update file without success. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm did you make sure to run each ARMA2 game separately before trying to run Dayz (they need to be run at least once)?, you need to run them individually so they setup your key in the registry etc. THEN you can play Dayz.

Arch - I did ran both ARMA II and ARMA II Operations prior to running Dayz with no success.

I'm going to try installing it to my laptop, but I would love any suggestions anyone might have to get it running on my desktop.
