Latest Scripts Text kicking Server Admins for accessing admin console

Getting BattlEye kicks when server admins are attempting to access server control from within game.

This is after installing the latest scripts.txt update today on 7/23.

Yeah you don't need to use that interface. I personally use BeRcon that is really good :)

I don't really care that I don't need to use it, the interface shouldn't be kicking people that are trying to access it at all. Thats a pretty bad bug.

This happened to us a few times a few days ago, but it seemed to stop. We didn't have any ridiculous hacker stuff happen when it did, so I really don't know what's up.

I thought it was just a bug or something but this would be pretty fucking awful if they could keep us from accessing our consoles.

No, It should be kicking people because you don't need to use it. The GUI is very easy to be by-passed and if you want script kiddies getting into it and banning and kicking everyone off the server and adding passwords to your server, go ahead and remove the line from the script.

It's not a bug. It was intentionally added.

Did not see anything in the update logs that reflected it was changed for that purpose. Course trying to keep track of all the change logs is just about a job.

It is dissabled because that is how the basic hacks work, The Admin Interface script can be changed locally, Meaning that they can execute their own scripts just by clicking the admin console button. As stated above, Just use #login yourpass Its the same thing just command based instead of interface, If you do remove the line that prevents you from accessing the GUI, Be prepared for nukes :D
