The gun itself also has both night vision and thermal scope (change by pressing 'N'). If you press 'L' whilst in night vision mode it activates a laser sight. I did 3 trades with this character, with 3 different strangers and I didn't have any problems. Once you get over VOIP, get to know each-other a bit it goes down quite easily.
