10-Second Log-out Timer

To prevent people from using Alt-F4, an effective method would be simply to add a timer to the log-out function.

If you're not in any real danger from a player, ten seconds really isn't much.

1: It has been in the mod before, it was hotfixed out because it was not working as intended.

2: It is coming back in the upcoming update (assuming it is working correctly this time)
