I have 2 Questions about Loot cycling.

First one is:

1) Is it legal to Loot Cycle? Like Barracks, Tents, etc.

2) If it's allowed can you loot cycle Backpacks? Been trying to get a Coyote backpack for a while and since it's possible to loot cycle barracks I thought I'd give it a shot.

You're talking about loot farming or by another term loot piling? The process of clearing all loot from a loot point, dropping it elsewhere, moving 200 meters away and coming back after a couple of minutes?

If so, it's completely allowed. You can do it anywhere you can find loot. Back packs are considered loot like everything else, so nothing special with those.

But if you're suggesting that loot "cycles" like it was a set order, it doesn't. Loot spawn is a chance based occurrence.

Thats what i mean by Cycle. Picking up loot and dropping somewhere else. Waiting a few mintues and repeat.

That wont be an issue for me lol

You mean like cycling around on a bicycle looking for loot? I see no problem with that at all.

I see no problem with it, haven't heard anything about it either. I can't imagine it could be frowned on as much as server hopping locations.
