I agree. The survival element isn't particularly hard, if it was just that the game would get boring really fast once you learn how to stay alive for more than ten minutes. The human element, the part that makes you always have to look over your shoulder and listen carefully for gunshots and the fact that you could die at any second without any kind of notice is what makes the game scary and intense and a unique experience in gaming. Without that it's just a mediocre survival game.
