Player clothing options?

So I've noticed while watching Youtube videos of DayZ, that there are players with dark clothing, and gloves with logos on them. So my question is, how do I obtain or change my clothing? I don't recall seeing an option in the character customization option.

It is a random thing when you load onto a server. It just chooses one clothing setup from the list of them, and equips it to your model. It is only color differences, though. It is always random, but can be the same in a row sometimes.

I've never ever had different clothing. Always been the same color n' all. I guess clans/groups that run a server are able to have custom things, or people just d/l custom skins for their own eyes to see. (As in only their computer shows the custom clothing/skin.)

Aside from the clothing can find standard clothign ive seen was a tan/green vest and hat and a black vest/hat. You are able to add glesses to your faice on the main menu screen and adjust your voice tone and pitch too.
