US 742 possible foul play

Just logged into US 742 in the wilderness. Logged in with a broken bone, no inventory (was fine before I logged) and the message that my character was killed. I am actually not dead (still able to look around), but curious as to what happened here. It isn't a big deal, I don't mind restarting, but does anyone know if this was just a server problem, or a hack?

No, this was my very first log in of the day. My last login was about 16 hours ago, albeit on a different server (which is currently offline)

I think I'm going to chalk it up to the maintenance being done on Arma 2. Sounds reasonable, never had anything like this happen before, and just found out about the work being done. So be warned, peeps, glitches be afoot more than usual at the moment.
