I want to know because my game keeps freezing everything 3 seconds and than comes back 5 seconds later and repeats that process.

Try some of the .cfg changes to reduce pre-renders etc, drop your resolution, turn off post-processing, reduce HDR, and pretty much drop everything else in the 'Advanced' section of the 'Video settings'?

Else do a forum search for laggy play?

I have and I've only found 1 instance where its exactly like mine. It plays fine (40 fps) and than every 3 seconds a freeze that lasts 5 seconds.

I had this issue when I was playing SWTOR. I had to Role back to an Older Nvidia Graphics Driver....

then 301.42 came out and all was well.....
