Game crashing

My game is suddenly crashing. I installed the new update today...and now its crashing almost immediately after getting into a game.

When it crashes I get sent back to my desktop and I have a popup that says "ArmA 2 REINFORCEMENTS has stopped working" and I can't move or do any so I have to end up bring up my task manager with shortcuts.

Anyways, why is it doing this? How can I fix it? I have no other programs running besides Steam and it seems like its started to do this out of nowhere.

I may have fixed this issue. I first used the mirror on the site to update to the newest version and that's when my game started crashing so I decided to use an update client i found on this site after that was done I restarted my computer, then I ran steam as admin and it seems to work now. I played for about 2 hours and it never crashed. I haven't played today yet so we'll see if it does it again later.
