Cant enter vehicles? Fully repaired btw

I cant enter 2 vehicles at my camp, they were parked somewhat close to some trees and my Ural seems to have the tree sticking out of the back in the middle and my ATV is kind of close to a tree.

The enter menu comes up but when I try to get in the vehicle my character will act like he is but then bounce me right back out. Is this a known issue or my vehicles forever stuck in trees and now some sort giant tent?
