Account problem..

Two of my accounts have merged together so they both have the same gear, and moving location on one results in the other being moved too.. Any way around this?

If by "accounts" you mean Arma player profiles, then no. Your DayZ character is based on your game license code, and no matter how you change your profiles it will be the same character online.

I was allowed to have two seperate accounts to play DayZ, both where working yesterday and they both had their own items and locations..

You probably accidentally used a private hive server, those have separate character progress from the main DayZ hive. That's the only explanation I can think of. You can't have 2 characters without having 2 copies of Operation Arrowhead and so 2 cd-keys. Changing profiles in-game does not make a new character.
