Storytime!

After some days farming the northside of Berenzino for either a M9SD or some camo / ghillie clothes (seems like clothes are not

on the loottable atm :S), I got really bored and decided to go to a major city and ... well do stuff you do in a major city at the coast, like getting shot.

So I made my way from Berenzino to Kamyshovo, travelling along the coast, when I saw the first survivor.

AKM, Alicepack full of med supplies, M1911, I just shot him out of the forest, one hit from my FN FAL, looted his meds

and despawned his body.

Then it hit me... why did I kill this poor guy, he managed to survive Elektro just to get shot when he feels safe on his way out.

I climbed the Elektro Sniper Hill and watched some new guys in the town kill each other with AKs and M16s from the firestation over nothing, just for shoot on site. I killed enough people in my time up north, my group is normally roaming around polana, searching

choppers and killing people in Polana, Gorka and on the 3 Deerstands on our "border patrol".

So, I wanted to try something new. Leaving Elektro and heading to Otmel.

This is where Jenny makes her way into the story. I was just sitting there scouting the coast for a fresh survivor when she appeared.

I lowered my gun and went down to the coast, she didn't move after she saw me, just waiting for a bullet to hit her. After chatting a little

and leaving the road I supplied her with meds, meat some water and explained how the backpack works (she started playing yesterday).

We went to Polana over Rog and Msta together, gathering an AK74 for her and some basic survival tools when she had to log out near Polana.

So yeah, helping someone who spawned fresh into the world and NOT getting shot after we both had weapons was way more fun

than just running around doing some mindless pvp because I'm bored.

The next time I'm going back to Otmel to pick up a fresh spawned survivor and help him ^^

It was a new expirience for me after playing DayZ for over a month now, just because I didn't want to drift into the

Deathmatch mindset.

Next time you spawn near Otmel you might geht lucky and meet me at the coast.^^
