How can you jump over a fench?

How can you give a proper bloodtransfusion. Last night I wanted to help someone who lost blood. I scrolled trough my options and saw I could give him blood, everytime i did the animation would stop 2 seconds after performing it.

It would not complete the animation and therefor it didn't heal the player.

How can you jump over a wired fench?

1. Press V

2. Did you move at all? You have to remain completely still for the animation. If you didn't move, probably just a glitch.

Well as the rest said you can hop a fence with V. You need to have the bloodbag in your main inventory to get the Give Bloodtransfusion option in the scroll menu (scroll middle mouse)

Some wire fencing is set up awkwardly so you can still hop over, sometimes its half buried in the ground. You can hop that to with vault. If its correctly placed you cannot jump over, that's the main reason people set it up, most times its just to annoy people though.
