Hacker nuked server, knocked out for hour or more, what to do?

A hacker moved everyone to Cherno on NL5 (not 100% which NL it was). When I logged back in I'm knocked out for an hour or something. Is there absolutely no way to kill myself? Don't care about my gear, just want to play with my friends.

I only know I'm in Cherno. On top of some building. I don't even know if you can get up here without hacking.

I can't even go do some other stuff because I have to keep the game open for the timer to run. I wonder who could have possibly thought that a mechanic such as this was a good thing to add to the game. It's not. It's absolutely horrible.

If you logged out while in "shock", you pass out but it should last only 5 minutes.

Yes. I don't have Down syndrome. I've been waiting for like an hour total, but tried to server hop to see if it goes away. Probably half an hour into the current wait and the glass is not even half full.
