Have they replied back telling you your IP is whitelisted as well as allocate you a location and instance ID?

Which DayZ server and beta versions are you using exactly? You must also be running the same versions on your own client.

Unless you gave us the main IP of the box for whitelisting it will not work. Secondly:

If your server is unable to access the hive or you're getting an error such as "This server is running an incorrect version of the server side application," please check the following:

1) Your server has the VC++ 2008 Redistributable Package installed: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29

2) Your server order has been proccessed and you've received an e-mail with your instance and location IDs

Please be aware that although whitelisting of IPs is now done automatically it still may take up to 24 hours for our system to process your request. DO NOT OPEN A TICKET REGARDING THIS ISSUE, be patient.

If you have done both of these already then put your ticket number here.

I'm going to add this as well, patience goes a looong way here. We have huge amounts of requests and tickets to go through so we try to handle them all as quickly as possible. Secondly if you ever use the sort of language again with any support person again that I see in this ticket it will be the last time, we just ask you to be professional during your interactions with us.
