jonnerz 33 Posted July 23, 2012 (edited) Have they replied back telling you your IP is whitelisted as well as allocate you a location and instance ID?Which DayZ server and beta versions are you using exactly? Secondly:If your server is unable to access the hive or you're getting an error such as "This server is running an incorrect version of the server side application," please check the following:1) Your server has the VC++ 2008 Redistributable Package installed: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=292) Your server order has been proccessed and you've received an e-mail with your instance and location IDsPlease be aware that although whitelisting of IPs is now done automatically it still may take up to 24 hours for our system to process your request. shawnbayer75 83 Posted July 25, 2012 I'm going to add this as well, patience goes a looong way here. We have huge amounts of requests and tickets to go through so we try to handle them all as quickly as possible.
