Over Turning a ban

ok so you get baned by an evil admin right how do you get the ban over turned or can only the evil admin him self remove the ban?

Proof. You need to have a full account of what transpired and proof that the admit banned you unfairly. Screen-shots, time stamps, server name, your location, when you was banned, what was you doing at the time, what was the reason given for the ban etc etc...

Pretty much common sense really.

Don't bother fighting a ban, there is no point. You don't really have a chance unless you were recording while you got banned. And even then chances are noone will care. Fact is that this game is blowing up atm and the staff can't possibly handle all cases like this individually.

Take my advice and just move to another server, it's really not worth the effort trying to fight it.

I was banned for stuff I did on teamspeak not any think I did in game so I have no screen shots or videos because I was banned the next time I got in the game and was in the lobby

Seeing as your name is NightAss, and you got banned on a server because of something you did on a ts, it does kinda sound like a very well deserved ban.

NightAss is short for NightAssassin but sum games don't let u have 13 letters

and yea I was banned on teamspeak for rules I broke on Teamspeak np but in DayZ I am a model player

and if you wanted to know what rules i broke i had admin powers and a fellow admin muted me so I kicked him from the teamspeak server and the admin who hosts the teamspeak server removed my admin powers so I removed his and kicked him from his own server and he regained control of his teamspeak server after going to the server it self and reseting admin settings or sumthing

so yea unrelated teamspeak squabbles should not result in DayZ bans

If the server admin has no proof that you used malicious talk or racism in their server then your ban should be overturned. These are the only reasons an admin should ban you.

It has been posted and re-posted a hundred times now.

In short, their are only two reasons why you, as a server owner, should ban a player on your server. Those two reasons are: Malicious talk, and racism. You may not ban a user for stealing your loot, killing you, spying on you, etc.

I think you can comfortably add cheating to this as well but don't quote me on that.
