How do I launch Dayz beta through Steam?

I want the ability to launch the beta through the standard Steam way so it counts up hours and so I can chat to friends easily. Currently I'm using a shortcut on my start bar but want to launch via Steam.

Rename the normal arma2oa.exe and then copy the beta version into the main directory so that steam is fooled into running the beta executable instead of the original.

You also need

-beta=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion
