Huge FPS problem

I got arma 2 and dayz today. However I get an unplayable framerate even on very low. The thing is when I first played it I got over 30 frames and it was smooth. Then I died and respawned and my FPS was awful. Restarted the game, my computer, and tried different servers. Still no success.

GTX 560

Amd X4 3.0GHz

4GB ram

Win7 64bit

Steam version

OA beta patch 95208

It seems to be connection related. I just came back from a LAN party, where I could play DayZ really well and smooth, but at home, sick FPS drops not only in cities, but even in the wasteland.

Also, single-player is perfectly smooth for me, both in the normal Arma 2, and in Operation Arrowhead. I really really hope someone will be able to come up with a fix for this soon, it's annoying as fuck.
