DayZ won't run

So I installed this game for the first time yesterday. Played a couple rounds. Go on today, it says I need content that has been deleted. chernarus.

So I download the patch from a mirror in the forums here, put the files into my addons file and replace the old ones. Try to join again, still says the same thing.

Does anyone know what my problem is?
