It says I have a bad serial?

I just recently bought operation arrow head to play Day Z. When I try to connect I get bad serial even though I bought it through steam. If someone could tell me how to get this fixed it would help a lot, thanks

You need to own both Arma 2 and Operation arrowhead (known as combined operations when bought together), you also need to run each game once normally through steam before you try to play DayZ.

When you first run the game Steam writes the game serial into your registry. Hope this helps.

Run steam as administrator before running both games , there can be an issue with writing the serial into your registry if it's not running as administrator.
