Where do I report server kicking me?

Me and my friend tried to join US1101 (4 / 40) Vet server and we keep getting kicked from the server by the admin. Where can I report these Dbags?

I would use the cheat reporting section since the act of kicking other players to keep the server to oneself, is not allowed by server rules.
