Teleported to Debug forest and gear gone

I recently disconnected from a server, then later to join back on it. When I reconnected all of my equipped gear was gone, backpack, a FN FAL, silenced m9, but the loot I had in my inventory is still there and I spawned in debug forest. Has this happened to anyone else, and more importantly; can it be fixed?

This happened to me too, I logged off the server and back on and it fixed it.(after the server was upgraded to 7.4
