correcting the backpack bug

dangnabit, i had my longest survivor yet, he had an ALICE pack with inside, among other things, mountain dew, morphine, etc.. I went to NW airfield, found a coyote backpack (you know, the biggest pack in the game), took the pack, then when I went to pick up the stuff from my ALICE pack, the pack was gone. "NOOOOO" I shouted, darth vader style. Two minutes later a zombie broke my leg. It was the first time I actually needed morphine since the beginning of that life a week ago. But it was gone. Now i'm prone in NW airfield, hoping next time i'll connect there'll be morphine right there waiting to be picked up. Sooooo, any news if that backpack bug will be fixed soon?

Normally when i change backpacks i transfer my gear to the new one before i pick it up, then theres no worries of anything falling through the ground or vanishing mysteriously. Just a bit of advice for next time, until its fixed. Sorry for your loss :(

I can give you morphine. So long as you reply soon enough.

To be safe just open up the backpack, put everything inside the backback you are about to pick up, and then pick up that backback. I would guess a while before its fixed. I dont think its affecting that many people and the people who have been do what I just stated. Unless they are idiots.
