antibiotics are rare to spawn.

Infection will bring you to 6K hp and then stop. When you go above 6k again it will start dropping your health until its 6k again :)

Ive found antibiotics each time im there, the most i've found is about 2 or 3 in one run. They are rare, but for me they doesent seem like rare.

If you're looking at a box of medical supplies, and it seems a bit empty, trying taking whatever you find - say you look at the box and it's got two bandages. Take the two bandages, close your inventory, and reopen it on the box. Should be tons of shit in there, then.

Ive only found two antibiotics. One I have with me and a friend has the other. I found mine at the hospital in cherno across from the apartments. Be careful though. We killed 5 different people who attacked us in the apartments alone.

OMG anti biotics are good to have? I killed this guy that was running around the hospital and he had 4 anti biotics I only took 1 and 3 bags of blood. How often do you need it?
