Strange Graphics Issue (Boxy Terrain)

Just started playing today and i am having a very strange bug (i think) with my graphics settings all of my terrain is boxy/pixelated. img below (ywFXr.jpg)

I have my settings set to very high, computer should have no issue with the graphics. I have no issues with fps lag.

I just updated my drivers before posting this and no change.

plz help!!

Have you tried updating graphics card and all the usual steps when your visuals are a clusterfuck of minecraft?

Yep i tried updating everything

edit: No other game i play is having any issues either
