What setting should I be able to run ingame?

In what graphics settings should I be able to run DayZ in, since if I try and set the graphics on normal, I am prob running at around 20-30 fps on low settings. I am getting pretty bad fps lag when im in a big city like Elektro or Cherno. Here are my specs:

Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz

4,00 GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce 405

Vista 64-bit
