Lower FPS Than I Should Have. \: GTX 560Ti

Ok my friend and I have the exact same computer apart from the GPU yet I get like 10 fps less than him.

I have tried the newest Beta drivers and all of that and even turned all of the setting to lowest to see if that worked but still to no avail.

My Specs:

amd athlon x4 640 @ 3.3Ghz (I know it isn't Great but it does the trick for most other games)

ASUS GTX 560ti 1GB

4gb DDr3 Ram

Windows 7 Ultimate

My Friends Specs:

amd athlon x4 640 @ 3.0Ghz

HD 6670

4gb DDr3 Ram

Windows 7 Home Premium.

Any help would be really appreciated.
