Arma hard lock and database connection afterwards

Date/Time: 4/27 and 4/28

What happened: Arma exe hard locked and the database server appeared to stop responding

Where you were: Middle of no where on 4/28, twice. On 4/27 when it happened I can not recall where.

What you were doing: Looking at my GPS

*Current installed version: 1.5.1. Also occurred with last 1.4 version before 1.5 was released

*Server(s) you were on: NY, was on different NY servers, was not specific to a 1,2,3,4, etc

*Timeline of events before/after error: Completely random but I was not the only person who had these exact events occur at the same time. Many people spoke in chat channel about unable to connect to the database server but only after experiencing a hardlock on arma exe.

This isnt a loading or file issue, I am up to date. I can play for hours and then this bug occurs for myself and others with similar symptoms. I even just went to make sure I did have all the correct files and I have the latest version of each of them. Highly doubt this is a user error, file version issue.

I do not know if the bug is occurring client side and then creating a problem with the database, or if something happens with the database that then cause an error in the client, creating hard lock.
