Setting Up Multiple DayZ Servers via Steam?

Hello,

This is (hopefully) a quick question: how would I go about setting up two completely separate DayZ server instances on the same dedicated server box if I installed ArmA 2 and ArmA 2 OA via Steam? Is this possible under one Steam account with those games assigned to it? Would I have to purchase the games again under a different Steam account?

Yes, that is no problem.

1. Request 2 instance IDs from the dev team

2. Make 2 different folders

3. Copy over the content from "arma 2 operation arrowhead" in your SteamApps folder to both of them

4. Copy over the folder "Dta" and "Addons" from arma 2 in your SteamApps folder

5. Put the 2 different mission files into the MPMission folder

6. Edit the server config with the 2 different location ids you got

7. Adjust the config of both servers as you want

8. Install newest beta patch
