How will I run this game?

Hi guys..

I am really in the mood to buy this game for the mod only, because it looks amazing.

But... I tried playing arma 2 free along with OA, and it seemed to run pretty terrible on the MP. Arma 2 MP was hideous and lagged on what ever server I joined. However, OA didn't have MP but the multiplayer ran about okay.

Specs:

4GB RAM

Gainward 450GTS 512mb

596GB HDD

1680x1050 resolution

win 7 64bit

I'm not sure whether to buy it or not, if it's not going to be pleasant and smooth to play. Obviously I don't care about the graphics as long as I can run the game about okay. But what's really gonna dissatisfy me is probably if the game runs around 10-25 fps.. 30 is acceptable but just not that good.

with med settings at that res you will need more video card memory. at low settings you will need a very fast cpu. at high settings you will need a much faster vid card. putting the game on a velociraptor hdd or ssd will improve things all around. arma is brutal on specs.
