I need to know 2 things, are these parts compatible, and is it a good PC?

i suggest a ssd for windows and arma

As far as SSD goes I guess it is all a matter of preference. I use use an intel 120GB (520 series). Arma will use your space in a hurry ;)

The game itself and the most "basic" mods will use aproxx 28GB.

Again a personal preference. but I would definately get a bigger GPU.

Personally I'm running a GTX580 with 3BG, DDR5 - this will in turn (afaik) allso ease the CPU load if you have a strong GPU.

All looks fine to me. I'd opt for a 2GB graphics card if you can though, shouldn't be a big price difference and will last longer. SSD isn't really a priority if you're mainly gaming, it just makes levels load a few seconds faster and doesn't boost visual performance.
