I do like the idea having different spawning points.

Maybe have an item' date=' or something (maybe a tent but make them more prevalent) that you can pop up somewhere and that can be your spawn point. Just doing every position is allowing people to spawn in the same spot over and over on different servers.

Idea! Idea! One of these:

Allows you to climb a tree to log off, but if you don't climb a tree it spawns you in a random area where you logged. Make it a utility item and relatively common.
