Private Servers Everywhere? o.O

Hey guys, I've been playing DayZ for a good 1-2 months now and have had little to no problems to deal with untill today, I have spent the last few hours attempting to join multiple servers and in the weirdest occurance, I was unable to join for more than a few seconds without being kicked from the server with a rude/vulgar MOTD popping up, this happed to me on a range of servers with in the end, me not getting onto any of them, I was wondering when DayZ allowed Private servers to go up, and is there a possible way to for me to block or prevent seeing these in my server list from now on, I've had a pretty good time with not dealing with people who are civil in the least, but these "clan" or "private" servers are really getting on my nerves...
