Night Time Blurry, unable to see anything

I've got a BIG problem. From ~7pm to ~8am ingame, I can't see anything. I was on a LAN-Party and my friend had the same settings and had a perfectly sight on the same server.

He uses Nvidia graphics, I use Ati (If this matters)

try turning off post proccesing effects or hdr and see if that helps at all, otherwise idk.

I tried the same settings he uses but when it's getting darker it starts to look blurry and violet/dark blue.

I think HDR can't be disabled

You haven't upped your gamma have you? also set the 3d resolution to match your own?

I can up my gamma and brightness to 2 but it's still dark, blurry, and a violet. He turned down his gamma and he sees even more than me.

thysio, do you use ATI or NVIDIA?
