Questions about owning a server (for server owners)

Where can I find a good ping limiter or how do I make one?

Where can I update the server that doesn't require using the server host (they hardly post the updates I need, until like 2 weeks later)?

Those actually are all I can think of now.

You just put max ping in beserver.cfg

As for updates, Well i host through HFB, And the longest it's taken me to get the update in my control panel from them is 2 days (They where perfoming server upgrades at the time so i was not even fazed by it)

Is there something I have to write in, or does it already have the value. Also the server host that takes so long is HFB.

I'm sort of new to hosting servers like this. I've only host CS:S and it's a lot more simple.

Also - How do I setup auto restarts?

You will need to do 2 things to do auto restart. Install BEC and get a restart script. Once you get both and installed BEC (which I can help you with), you will need to make a job in the Scheduler.xml to have it run it.
