Launch Option Issues

I searched around a bit trying to get this to work, but apparently I'm the only person on the planet who is having this issue.

I've installed the game up to the point where I need to set the launch options to include "-mod=@dayz".

The problem I'm having is when I navigate to the "arma 2: operation arrowhead" folder under Steam, I can right click and go to properties, but there's no button or field to set launch options.

Anyone able to tell me what I've missed?
