#141 error?

i was scavenging around in some big city. the one with the bell tower thing and all the pubs. tried ti put out some fire places, didn't work. It was night on the server. so i figured i was pretty safe. though out some flares. no gunfire at all and no clear signs anyone else was there. managed to aggro a zombie somehow. piositioned myself in the alcove of the bell tower thing. all i had was a double barrel but i had some decent ammo for it. started aggroing more. killed the last one and some !@#$%^ sniped me from across the park. seriously, my first issue is why shoot someone if they dont know you are there and are no threat to you. 2nd, i have been trying to log in and i log in to being fallen over and bleeding out. then i get the 141 script error.

what gives.
