Server - Lu133 hackers that won't die ( stary sobor )

Alright so me and my friend were getting some gear in those military barracks in Stary sobor. I was spotting for him with my m107 while he was cleaning the barracks.

We hear some gunshots and after some seconds i spot some survivors on the field. I shot about 14 shots at one of the guys and still he wont die. whoever had a m107 knows that its hard to miss and its basicly 1 shot 1 kill where ever you hit on a survivor. ( and yes i know how zeroing works )

And somehow he manage to hit me and make me unconscious, meanwhile my friend wasted 1 magazin on his other friend and he did not manage to hit a single time ( my friend is a pvper and rarely misses his targets ). When my friend saw one of the other players crawl to my body to check my body my friend unleashed another magazin on the guy crawling to me, my friend stood about 10 meter from the target but the target kept on crawling to me not even bothering to run for cover and ofcourse my friend did not even hurt him with his assault rifle.

All this happend about 30 mins ago.

So i lost all my gear and so did my friend thanks to this wonderfull hackfriendly game.

Where should i mail to get a refund for this game? no way i'm going to waste my time on a game filled with hackers.
