Having to go to the bathroom?

This one may sound silly but bear with me here.

Whenever you eat enough (realisticly just once a day) you would have to go number 2. You'd have to go somewhere secluded and you could just use the grass on the ground to wipe. Whenever you drink too much you need to pee!

If you don't do that you go in your pants and you're slowed down every now and then from the chafing. in order to fix it you need to get to water in order to clean it! The longer you go without cleaning it the longer it takes to get out.

Or maybe if you piss/shit your pants, you'll be more likely to attract zeds due to the stench.

I suggested the same thing in my first post. Was told that Rocket had already dismissed the idea. It 'would' be a cool game mechanic... But scatalogical content is something most publishers shy away from.
