Will my computer handle DayZ and on what graphic?

I'm new on this forum and i've seen some awesome videos on utube about DayZ. Im astonished how great the game looks and I'm thinking about buying Arma II so I can play it due to the sale on steam.

And I wonder if my computer handle it?

CPU: Amd Athlon2 X4 651 3.0GhZ FM1

GPU: KFa2 GTX 570

and I got 8GB ram 1600mhz.
