Another video of some shenanigans in electro couple of days ago.

Couple of minutes before this video, me and a friend were running down the street underneath the hospital going for the grocery store, when my friend was shot in the back. I ran around the church and back toward the hospital to scout for whoever killed him, a couple of seconds before the video starts, i spotted him on the hospital roof, unfortunatly, you cant hit that which dont reveal itself!

So... This is what happened
