I want to play Day Z but I'm a little confused about what I need to buy in order to play Day Z. I looked on Steam and there's a lot of options of what Arma 2 to buy.

So it would be smarter to buy Arma2: OA and download Arma 2 for free than to buy the package you just linked? Simply because it's 6 euro's cheaper.
