Crazy admin kicking everyone

Hello, as you know, my friends and I were kicked from "chicago 135" by Ve11a for no reason. We always plays on that server and we get the server full and today he comes and kick us and other guys from the server, like a private server. Thanks for the help :)

There's a reason - server rules restrict playing with ping over 100 and we have it from 150-250, but, actually, this rule is a bit crazy. We don't desync with server, everything is OK, so, I think, you have to edit this rule.

PS: I am one of the friends.

PPS: We have cars and nice loot there, so we just don't want to leave.
