loading in the "loading zone"

hi,

it appear that some bug make people appear in the loading zone, which is a desert place where you can see other loading people standing still, while there you can stole them alive or dead, and of course you can kill them, i just experienced this myself as killed (hopefully my stuff is intact) and killer (sorry poor dude you were the chosen one :-/) right after that on another server.

hope something can be done because there is peoples literally camping there (particularly kenya east on FN serv atm) when they cant spawn and killing everyone who's loading (i just did it once as an experiment)
