Why do I have the feeling that you are big fat hairy guy going bald sitting in his parents basement and enjoying all the attention you are getting as a "girl"?

I fell once for it. Newly joined WoW and I was playing with a female friend. She had another friend I didn't know playing a female character. I was flirting with her till level 25 I think. Then it turned out she was actually a he. It was totaly news to me that guys would play female characters as I had no prior experience with MMORPG. Apparently this is a tactic to avoid getting killed by the enemy because they would prefer to shag you then hack you to death.

Well, it was weird to pretend my flirting was just a friendly banter between dudes.

In most games I play as a female, though I am male. Mostly because I'd rather look at a female if third-person. The rest because I tend to ramp up to a decent skill level and it is fun when you beat a misogynist at something as a bad-ass chick. In Left 4 Dead, I like to play as Zoey.

For Day Z, I play as male because the "you cannot change this EVER" warning on character-create made me not want to make a choice I might regret later.

Too bad they don't have a "cat" option to play as. Good for hiding in brush or climbing trees...

Guys, you need to demand that BI or Rocket, implement character customization, because that is a mayor sell factor, I give up asking for it to be present in this alpha mod, because ArmA II engine can't handle it and is only logical that a milsim like ofp/arma/armaII, didn't need that because it was ment to be a niche game, but with the massive publicity of DayZ, they need to change this, I don't want them to lose sales to WarZ just because of no character customization, join me!
