Just had a hacker on my server? what do i do

No he ment he is probably the server admin since he used the term "hacker came to MY Server".

When we had one show up to our server we just shut it down for about and hour or so and maybe he'll piss off some where.

And I did not state such either. Read OP's post again. He does not mention an admin.

I might be wrong, maybe only admins can even remotely be able to do this but; it seems likely that a normal hacker would too.
