Stuck in debug plains

I spawned into the debug forest after the server I was on restarted. I've heard of mods being able to move people out of the debug plains and i was wondering if they could do it to me. I made the mistake of becoming attached to the m4a1 cco sd and my ghillie suit. I just want to see if it works. If not ill get over it.

I am alos stuck int he debug wilderness.. is there any fix? Had a 'lost session'.. now i'm stuck..

7 day old character with lovely kit :(

hey im having same prob got no compass cant get out and the respawn button is greyed out someone help me
